La Buvette - Retour sur le parcours de Howard Shore

New this year! The show La Buvette du FCVQ presented at Le Diamant in Quebec City and broadcasted every evening from 6:30 p.m. In this relaxed and pop moment, our host Marième Ndiaye receives artists and craftmakers that are part of our 2020 program.

Tonight, Marième welcomes Catherine Pogonat, the animator of the conversation with Howard Shore, who will talk about the prestigious career of this master of film music composition.

In addition, the Pianorama, acclaimed last year on the Place d'Youville, is back in the Buvette! The masterful Alexandre Racine improvises on old films, different each evening, to offer us a musical interlude.

Catherine Pogonat

Radio and television host for more than 15 years, Catherine Pogonat has put many artists in the spotlight, thanks to cult shows like Bande à part, Ste-Catherine and Mange ta ville. She now hosts the daily morning musical L’effet Pogonat on ICI Musique, comments on the cultural scene on ICI Première, makes documentaries and writes texts for various magazines. We also see her on stage, hosting galas and musical performances.
